Currently we offer customer service via email only. We are closed for weekends and holidays. We ship from Los Angeles, California within 1–3 business days of purchase. If you need it faster, just send us an email: hello@moonfarmcollective.com


Domestic & International Shipping

All orders inside the USA are shipped via USPS and have a tracking number. Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed. Orders are shipping Monday-Friday. Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as we are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses. International orders are final sale at the moment. International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $25 via USPS First Class. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or missing international packages. All applicable duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. some international shipments may experience customs delays.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy. If you've changed your mind about your order or you're unhappy for any reason we may accept returns on a case by case basis. International orders are final sale at the moment. Should you have a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@moonfarmcollective.com Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to return or exchange any of the items in your order. You must contact us before shipping your order back!
